Book an appointment

Open your ticket from the link shown after booking, or from “Track your request”, and press “Cancel booking”. You can cancel any time before your appointment, unless your number has already been called.

An appointment cannot be moved directly: cancel it, then book a new one. Your place is freed for someone else straight away.

Only free times are shown. If a day has none left, pick another day; closed days and holidays are not offered.

If someone books the last place at the same moment, you will see a message and no booking is made. Choose another time.

One booking per mobile number per day for the same purpose. Track or cancel the one you have first.

The appointment is marked “not attended”, and the site does not stop you booking again. Book a new one whenever you like.

Your reference is on the ticket shown after booking, so keep a screenshot of it. Without it the site will not show the booking, to protect your privacy; call the district on the number on this page.
