Walid Ali Morsi, head of El Montazah I District, began his first day in office with a round of the technology citizen service centre, checking its work, how fast transactions are completed and how residents are received.
He spoke with residents directly about their complaints and requests, and asked the departments concerned to examine them at once and to ease procedures at the centre.
