• Proof of identity (original and a copy)
• The latest electricity receipt or proof of paying the cleaning fee
• The original invitation to residents to attend the union's general assembly to elect the board
• The occupants' registration certificate
• A general assembly meeting recording the change (resignation or dismissal)
