Registering an occupants’ union

• Proof of identity (original and a copy)
• A copy of the building permit or the property statement (kashf moshtamalat), or a structural report
• Copies of the members' and owners' ID cards
• A previous union's founding contract (optional)
• Minutes of a general assembly meeting naming the union's officer (ma'mour), deputy, treasurer and a member
• The original invitation to residents to attend the union's general assembly to elect the board
• An electricity receipt
• A list of the units
• A description of the property
